All of Great Northern Rentals' vacation rental properties are fully furnished with washer/dryer, linens, telephone, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes/utensils, BBQ grill, TV, and VCR. Our vacation rentals do not allow smoking or pets. If you should have any additional questions, please go to our inquiry page.

Guest check-in is at 3 p.m.; check-out is at 11 a.m. A non-refundable deposit of 50 percent is required within 10 days of booking to hold the reservation. Balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. A $50 lock-out fee and cleaning fees apply. Any items left behind will be returned via COD plus a $10 service charge. Our properties do require a minimum 2-night stay, but that is barely enough time to soak in Northern Michigan!
