Our vacation rentals do not allow smoking or pets (unless otherwise designated in the property description and ammenity key). Guest check-in is at 3 p.m.; check-out is at 11 a.m. A non-refundable deposit of 50 percent is required within 10 days of booking to hold the reservation. Balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. A $50 lock-out fee and cleaning fees apply. Any items left behind will be returned via COD plus a $10 service charge. Our properties require a minimum 2-night stay, but that is barely enough time to soak in Northern Michigan!
