This truly charming, nicely decorated cottage is located between Snowmobile Trail #7 and Otsego Lake.  The cottage has 220 feet of frontage on Otsego Lake.  The snowmobile trails could not be more convenient – easy access to hundreds of miles of groomed trails.  Plenty of ski hills located nearby.  The views of the lake are spectacular.  This home has two bedrooms, a family room with two additional pull out couches, 1.5 baths, and enclosed attached garaged.  Large lot ensures plenty of room to park cars and trailers.  Comfortably sleeps 8-10.  Beds include queen, 2 sets twin bunk beds, and 2 sleeper sofas.  Wireless Internet.  HD Cable and broadband.  42 Inch HDTV.  Electric Fireplace.  Washer/Dryer.  All appliances are brand new.  A winter sports enthusiast’s paradise conveniently located in Gaylord – only 3 miles from I-75.

All of Great Northern Rentals' vacation rental properties are fully furnished with linens, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes/utensils, BBQ grill, and TV. Our vacation rentals do not allow smoking or pets (unless otherwise designated in the property description and amenity key). Guest check-in is at 4 p.m.; check-out is at 11 a.m. A non-refundable deposit of 50 percent is required. Balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. A $50 lock-out fee and cleaning fees apply. Any items left behind will be returned plus a $10 service charge. Our properties require a minimum 2-night stay, but that is barely enough time to soak in Northern Michigan!

Check out is 11:00am. There will be a $25 per hour fee automatically charged for late check out unless arrangements have been made with Great Northern Rentals staff. The cleaning staff will inform us of late departure.

Golfers: Be sure to check Golf Accommodations on the Application form and allow Great Northern Rentals to make tee times for you at the course(s) of your choice!
