Description: This lovely home is located 5-minutes from Otsego Lake and has 12 beautiful golf courses in the immediate area. The home is located on the Pines Golf Course. It has a very large 3-tier deck that runs the length of the house while overlooking the 16th fairway. You will see deer, fox and turkey on the property. It is wonderful for fall colors and has cross-country trails directly off the property. It is also snowmobile heaven and for downhill skiing, Boyne Highlands, Treetops Resort and the Otsego Club are within 30 minutes. It has everything for every season. Washer and dryer are available for rentals of one month or longer. There is 1 king, 1 queen, and 4 twin beds, as well as 2 queen sofa sleepers.

Jan-Feb and May-Sept:
$1200 per week

$1500 per month including utilities - monthly, long term rentals are only available from September through May.

Our Policy

2-Night minimum stay unless otherwise indicated. All waterfront properties are weekly only during Prime Summer Season.

All of Great Northern Rentals' vacation rental properties are fully furnished with linens, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes/utensils, BBQ grill, and TV. Our vacation rentals do not allow smoking or pets (unless otherwise designated in the property description and amenity key). Guest check-in is at 3 p.m.; check-out is at 11 a.m. A non-refundable deposit of 50 percent is required. Balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. A $50 lock-out fee and cleaning fees apply. Any items left behind will be returned plus a $10 service charge. Our properties require a minimum 2-night stay, but that is barely enough time to soak in Northern Michigan!

Golfers: Be sure to check Golf Accommodations on the Application form and allow Great Northern Rentals to make tee times for you at the course(s) of your choice!
